FAQ

  • When does my annual membership start and end?

    The annual plan begins the day you register! For example, if you enroll on July 12, 2026, you'll be a member until July 12, 2027 (and hopefully you'll decide to continue with us next year!).

  • If I choose the monthly payment option, does that mean I can cancel at any time?

    Yep! You can cancel or downgrade at any time when you're ready to take a break from mentorship. Rejoin at any time!

  • How do I suggest new programs?

    Throughout the year, we'll send you a form to vote on the next program we develop, and we'll add your suggestions to the list! Once the next program is decided, we'll share the timeline and format. You'll always have a chance to share your thoughts with us!

  • Do I lose access to my programs if I cancel?

    You get unlimited access while your membership is active. If you choose to downgrade, you won't be able to access the course materials. You can renew at any time and pick up where you left off!
